1. Order Verification Before Payment

To protect our customers, we verify every order before requesting payment.

After you submit your order, our team will check product availability, delivery address, courier service, and shipping details. Once your order is confirmed, we will send your official Payoneer payment link by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

Payment request may be sent under our company name: FSF Global Trading.

Please only pay through the official payment link sent by our team.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date you received the product.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, tampering, damage, or opening.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from beautywhiteningessentials.com.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, supplement, or personal care products cannot be returned unless the issue is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items, unless defective or incorrect
  • Products refused, abandoned, disposed of, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or buyer inaction

4. Customs Duties, Taxes, Refused Delivery, and Uncollected Parcels

For international orders, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, clearance fees, or other local charges may be requested by your local customs authority or courier.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

No refund may be issued if the parcel is:

  • Refused by the buyer
  • Not collected from the courier or pickup point
  • Returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Abandoned or disposed of by customs or courier
  • Delayed because the buyer did not respond to courier or customs requests
  • Returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details provided by the buyer

If a parcel is returned to us due to buyer inaction, unpaid customs charges, refusal, or address issues, any refund decision will be reviewed case by case. Shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier charges, customs charges, handling fees, and any unrecoverable costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Returned parcels must be packed securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not received.

7. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as:

  • Wrong product sent
  • Confirmed defective product
  • Product damaged before dispatch or due to our handling error

Original shipping fees, customs fees, import duties, taxes, courier charges, and payment processing fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by our confirmed error.

8. Inspection and Refund Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the return eligibility conditions.

We will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If the return is rejected, we will explain the reason. The product may be sent back to you at your expense.

9. Refund Method and Timeframes

Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

If payment was made through an official Payoneer payment link, the refund method and timing may depend on Payoneer’s process, bank processing time, card provider, or payment method used by the buyer.

After we process the refund, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@beautywhiteningessentials.com.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer parcel
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • A short explanation of the issue

We will review the case and provide further instructions.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

11. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change to a different product, you must request a return first. If the return is approved and completed, you may place a new order for the desired product.

12. Order Cancellation Before Payment

If you submitted an order but have not paid yet, you may cancel the order request by contacting us.

Since payment is only requested after order verification, unpaid orders can usually be cancelled before the official Payoneer payment link is paid.

13. Order Cancellation After Payment

If payment has already been made, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been packed, dispatched, handed to the courier, or processed for shipment.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, any refund may be subject to deduction of payment processing fees, administrative costs, or other unrecoverable charges where applicable.
